Climate Action Towns Videos
Architecture & Design Scotland (ADS), were able to work with three of the Climate Action Towns- Blackburn, Campbeltown and Stevenston to produce three short videos focused on the following themes:
- How it started,
- How they took action and
- How they worked together.

Climate Action Towns Toolkit –
The web based resource shares all the tools and resources we used in the Climate Action Towns project across the 9 towns. This includes sample presentations, guidance videos, workshop plans and links to external resources under the following headings:
- Getting Started – Launch event and stakeholder mapping
- Understanding Climate Risks in your place – Place Standard with a Climate Lens and Adaptation workshop 1
- Understanding your community capacity – Building Stronger Communities Resource and the Systems for Community led Climate Action workshop
- Developing Ideas for Action – Idea generation game and Adaptation workshop 2- feasibility and prioritisation.
- Making Climate Actions Happen – Examples of community led climate action in Scotland and developing Local Place Plans and Community Action Plans.
