This three-day immersive journey at Newbattle Abbey College will explore participatory leadership, dialogue-based skills, systems thinking, and collective intelligence using the new methodologies in leadership, education, healthcare, and for the well-being of communities. This residential training will equip you to foster impactful conversations and navigate complexity with resilience and connection. The training will be hosted by a team of very experienced teachers and practitioners in the Art of Hosting and Harvesting from the UK and USA.
