Community-led Tourism
Funded by the Scottish Community Alliance, this Community Learning Exchange delved into the topic of community-led tourism within rural Scotland. The session was held virtually on the 3rd March 2022.
Tourism in Scotland has seen recent unprecedented changes due to the impact of Covid-19 and the growing popularity of travel routes throughout the country. We looked at two rural communities who have been affected by changes in tourism and discuss how they can benefit from it, Assynt Development Trust and Portsoy Community Enterprise.
