Highlands and Islands Enterprise have recently launched IMPACT30, a new programme for young business leaders from across the Highlands and Islands.
WHAT IS IT?
IMPACT30 is a programme designed to develop young business leaders of the future and is custom-designed to help you make an impact in your industry. HIE will work with you as an individual, focusing on the tools, skills and knowledge required to grow your business and achieve its full potential.
IMPACT30 will connect you with a range of experts who have been there and done it. They’ll share their experience and journey with you to help you get the most out of your own business decisions and help you grow.
This programme is a project delivered by the Northern Innovation Hub. This is part of the Inverness and Highland City-Region Deal – a joint initiative supported by £315m investment from the UK and Scottish governments, The Highland Council, HIE and University of the Highlands and Islands. This programme also receives financial support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the Innovation strategic intervention.
The IMPACT30 programme is currently being delivered online to help keep you safe during COVID-19.
WHO CAN APPLY?
We’re looking for applications from ambitious candidates seeking an opportunity to take their business to the next level. You should be:
- 35 or under
- Working in a business less than three years old
- A key decision maker within the business
- Ambitious, with the drive to take your business, or the business you work with, to national or international level
- Open to putting new ideas into practice that can boost business, and effect positive change and growth
- Based in the Highlands and Islands
