Rural SEN – 19 November 2022 ‘Harvesting Wellbeing’

Rural SEN - 19 November 2024 'Harvesting Wellbeing'

Our 4th and final Rural SEN session of 2024 was held on the 19th of November. As part of the national self-care week, this session had a focus on ‘Harvesting Wellbeing’ with Hilda Campbell from COPE Scotland leading the session.

Individuals who work in the social enterprise sector have to jump through numerous hoops and hurdles in their everyday work lives. Most of the time, most individuals compromise their own well-being while meeting the never-ending demands of delivering essential services. Protecting workers health and wellbeing is essential for them to perform effectively to sustain rural services and organisational success.

Hilda Campbell of COPE, led this session by using the Liberating Structures Discovery & Action Dialogue (DAD) model, the participants exchanged ideas and thoughts to find solutions for the shared challenges.
