Social Enterprise RESET Report

Senscot, Social Firms Scotland and the SENS have published their report on the SE Reset events in May.

Three key themes are highlighted from the sessions:

  • The need to increase collaboration
  • The importance of peer support and networking
  • The need to address the mental health and wellbeing of staff and volunteers.

Pages 15 -16 cover themes from the Rural SE Reset session including the need to ensure that the improved access that rural social enterprises have enjoyed as a result of many session and meetings going digital is maintained in the future.

Work will now start on a recovery plan for the sector.
